Requirements:
- Selling Digital or Web based services to potential Businesses. (High End
Websites, SEM, SEO, PPC, Social Media etc…)
- Relevant experience in same field (Any Degree) with min (06 – 1.5yr) or proven background in business development may be sufficient (MBA <1 yr).
- Deep Digital Marketing Knowledge.
- Very good skills in concept selling through cold calls.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good at time management, and can work under time pressure.
- Self-Motivator or Individual Performer.
- Good Research & Analysis skills, Understanding of various research methodologies.
- Bike is Mandatory
Role:
- Web or Internet Research to Find Prospects.
- Cold Calling (Medium and High Level Businesses) and explaining the benefits of our services.
- Fixing Appointments and Meeting the clients.
- Presenting or explaining in detail.
- Relationship Building, good Rapport maintaining abilities.
- Follow up and closing the deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate in project scope definition
- Set development guidelines
- Write and review design documents
- Design, develop, and implement effective, intuitive user interfaces for Web applications and Web properties.
- Provide technical solutions and innovative ideas to the business and internal clients.
- Understand browser specific compatibility issues as well as the benefits of the various design methodologies.
- Research and remain current on industry trends relating to Web accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies to drive and evangelize best practices.
- Respond rapidly to continuous changes and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in Web presentation technologies.
- Translate design requirements and specifications into robust high quality code implementations.
- Perform code unit tests and demonstrates the ability to properly validate functionality of work produced.
- Write and maintain computer code, programs, and specifications documentation.
- Communicate the status of projects regularly and in a clear and concise way.
- Work independently with limited supervision as well as within a team environment.
